Good to see this discussion! BytesforAll site has been planning to compile
a
number of academic and training programs on ICT4D around the World. The
link

added
few more programs there).

This is a wiki. Please help us update this with your information.

I know there are plenty of academic programs that are offered on
ICT4D or related fields.  This is a broad category, we understand
but we want to capture all these in a wiki database. Therefore if you offer
any
course, know about any program or are joining any such program (any country
in
the World) please update the wiki or send us the information.
