Wm. Easterly and Jeffrey Sachs don't care much for
each other, partly because they have very different
views about the effectiveness of foreign aid. 

Nicholas Kristof, who writes frequently about
forgotten wars and crises in Africa for the NY Times,
has a long review of both economists' books (and
others) in the New York Review of Books.  Highly
