Dear all,
as you know, our center is co-organizing the 1st. Pan-African
Conference on Information Ethics "The Joy of Sharing Knowledge" that
will take place in Pretoria 5-7 February 2007. The SA Government is
sponsoring this event at which some 100 invited experts from Africa,
Europe and the US (among them not few from ICIE) will participate. The
orgnizers are the University of Pretoria, the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Johannes Britz) and the ICIE. There will be a
website soon.
I forward you a message related to ICT for Education and Development in
Africa.
kind regards
Rafael

This free, online conference seemed like it might be of relevance to
some of our group! It starts next week, so I encourage those interested
to follow up with the organisers.
